How to heal and deal after being rejected

Considering that many people are being forced to find new jobs and employers will be more selective, I thought it helpful to provide resources on the mental backlash of rejection, which can apply to any form of rejection.

I recommend spending a few minutes each day, tackling a few of these. I would even journal them so that you can reflect later and test which ones worked for you, retrospectively.
